We are two university students looking for a third roommate, preferably with a focus on studies. - semi-furnished room available to rent from jan 1st 2025 to august 31st 2025, with an option to renew the yearly lease. - Located at 966 Mitchell St, in the heart of southend halifax, 10-15 minute walk from the SMU, Dal, and downtown halifax. - The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and plenty of space. - You would be living with two respectful and chill roommates.
