| We are 3 female university students looking for an additional female roommate to occupy our open bedroom. We live in a multi-unit home. We would like for the new tenant to move in on January 1st. Rent is $1000 monthly, plus Wi-Fi and power. When you enter the unit, a set of stairs leads to the main floor. The main floor has a full kitchen, laundry, living room, half bath, and a bedroom. Another set of stairs leads to the 3 other bedrooms and the full bathroom. The available room is on the upper floor. The house will begin to have movement around 7 am on a weekday when we are getting ready for school. If you work overnight or are a night owl, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we keep a clean home. We regularly run the dishwasher and use a tally system to ensure the work is being done equally. For non-dishwasher items we have them washed within 48h of use. We rotate through chores of vacuuming, cleaning a bathroom, taking out trash, cleaning the shower, and wiping the counter. We consistently perform these tasks which allows them to be completed quickly each week. As a roommate, you would be responsible for completing 2 tasks each week. To keep track of food we divide up shelves in the fridge so everyone has their area with just their food. Communal item purchases are kept track of through tallies and we rotate through who buys them. Overnight guests are limited to 2- 3 nights a week. The available bedroom is unfinished except for a twin bed if the tenant would like to keep it. We are a smoke-free household. Small pets and cats are welcome. If you are interested tell a little bit about yourself and we can potentially schedule a meet and greet. |
