| We are looking for a fourth roommate. Nice little townhouse in Halifax right next to bayers lake. Parking available in gravel lot or guest parking zone. Has kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. We have laundry in unit with a washer and dryer. Small fenced in backyard. One bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs are the shared bathrooms. We are 3 professional working males and looking for another similar minded individual. We are fairly quiet and looking for someone similar. We have a cat and another roommate has 2 birds. This is a year lease from May 1st 2024 until May 1st 2025. Rent is 763 + 25 for the internet split. ( We have 1.5 gig fiber ) We also go splits on power which can be from 90-100 every two months.
