It is only a few minutes away from the Halifax Shopping Centre, Halifax Forum, restaurants, grocery stores, and several parks. There is a yoga studio, corner store, and local pizzeria and brewery less than a block away, where you will also find the #1 bus that will take you straight downtown. While the bus is close, you can walk almost anywhere on the Peninsula, and the apartment is next to one of HRM’s suggested bike routes (Connolly street) for active transportation. Included in the rent is a washer, dryer, heat, power, hot water/water, fridge, stove, and shared parking. The one lane driveway is shared with the tenants who live in the separate apartment upstairs. Do you want to spend time outside, but still live in the city? You will have two raised garden beds to yourself in the large backyard. The backyard itself is shared with the lovely tenants who live upstairs. I’m looking for a quiet, non-smoking tenant(s) for a year lease. No dogs permitted.
