| Looking for a female roommate for our sunny 3bed 2bath North End apartment starting Dec or Jan! About the apartment Our 1400 sq ft apartment is conveniently located only a couple minute walk to the Windsor St Sobeys and 10 minutes to the Commons. It has convenient access to bus routes 7, 8, 4, and 90, all within a few minutes' walk. We have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a balcony, and every kitchen appliance you may need. We have large South-East and South-West facing windows so we get sun all day and the sunrise/sunset! There is an air exchange system and I also have a large hepa air purifier for the space so the air quality is excellent. The common areas are furnished as pictured, hoping to add more plants and thrift more decor over time. Located in a nice building with amenities including a gym and a swimming pool. The room: It's a medium size room but can comfortably fit a double bed and desk as pictured. It has a massive SE facing window with a beautiful view that is especially cozy at night. It can be partially furnished if desired. Note that the floor plan shows this room opens up to the living room, but it actually opens up to the hallway. The room is single occupancy only and you would share a washroom with just one person. We also have a few closets in the hallway for any extra storage needs. Looking for a long-term roommate starting December or January (flexible). Rent is $800 per month + bills (electricity, heat, wifi) and tenants insurance is also required. Total bills around $100/month. We also have an underground parking space included if needed. About us & you: I'm a PhD student in my early thirties, and my roommate, in her late twenties, works a 9-5 at a non-profit.We're both fairly introverted, but also like to be social with roommates. A calm living environment is really important to us, especially on weeknights. Looking for a kind, considerate, and clean female roommate. We really like our place and are looking for the right fit.
