| I am travelling for two months (Feb and March 2025) and am looking for a single person or couple to rent/cat sit in exchange for significantly discounted rent. References will be required. Rent is $1,100 per month for a good sized 4th floor, very modern apartment in a fantastic location. My apartment is in the North End and has water views. It is within walking distance of the Hydrostones. This is a newer, very modern building that is very clean and well-maintained. You would have access to one of the two bedrooms, (i.e. the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom), a second bathroom, a combined living/dining room, a kitchen, and the balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is also a washer/dryer inside the apartment. There is an office/work station in the combined living/dining room as well. You will also have use of a parking space in the building’s indoor heated parking garage (no snow shovelling :) Rent includes all utilities, internet and streaming services. The significantly discounted rent is reliant on your willingness to take care of my two female cats,ages 12 and 8, for the two months while you are renting.
