| We have a three bedroom home for rent, two room are rented but one large single room is available. Great for a student but would look at all offers. On the bus route to Sydney and CBU. 15 minute walk from downtown Glace Bay. 20 minute walk to Glace Bay hospital and 15 minutes to Reserve Street. This is a month lease and if things work out we can sign a longer lease. I live next to this house and keep an eye on the property and visitors. It is very safe neighborhood. $500 per month and it includes heat, lights, internet and free parking. The house is fully furnished including new fresh bedding, student desk and chair in the room. Lots of storage. There are two covered decks at the rear of the house for entertaining. No pets and no smoking please. |
