| Newly renovated One bedroom basement apartment with adjoining one car garage. The finished and heated garage has been used by previous tenants as a gym, as storage, as a workshop….. Apartment is the lower level of a house with its own large driveway. We are looking for someone or a couple as renters that are able to shovel the driveway in the winter and to mow the grass in the summer. The unit has its own washer and dryer. It is well within walking distance of amenities and is right across from lake Thomas which has a public access doc, beach and walking park. We may be willing to accept small pets. Since it is the lower level of a house, we are also looking for people that are quiet so as to not disturb the people above. Rent would include heat and hot water. Typically our tenants have an agreement to share the cost of cable and internet. This needs to be negotiated independently. Rent is $1,500 |
