Suitable for a single person or couple. $1250 per month which includes all utilities (heat, water, electricity, wifi and lawn care *shovelling is a joint responsibility between upper and lower unit). 1 parking lot included/separate entrance and limited access to a washer and dryer (2 days per week, to be discussed). Heat pump that provides heat for the winter months and AC for the summer months. Some things to note: The pictures I have to post do not reflect the fully updated paint job and new bathroom tub surround. This property is NOT on a bus route. Young, busy family living above (a very busy 5 year old, and a 6 month old baby). I mention this to be fully transparent- if you are looking for a quiet place to relax throughout the day… this likely isn’t the home for you. Very quiet in the evenings, and in turn are looking for a tenant that is of quieter nature themselves (no parties please!) No smoking of any kind in apartment (may smoke outside if mindful of litter). Will consider one cat for a pet- sorry no dogs! Upper unit has two medium sized dogs that are very friendly (too friendly sometimes- dog lovers welcome).
