ME: I am a young professional working in finance. I am a very neat, clean and tidy person. I am looking for the same. I am home almost all the time due to working from home. I go out on occasion with friends. I am told that I am laid back but also assertive with boundaries. I tend to go with the flow and don’t make something out of nothing. I workout a lot from home. I am artistic and play music. YOU: -Please be clean…. -No drugs, pot or smoking. Drinking is allowed! Personally, I don’t do these things. -Good communication skills. Please be honest with any issues and/or concerns. -International students accepted for the short term. -Students preferred. PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT YOU : ) AGREEMENT: -6 month stay (longer can be discussed but not guaranteed) -Roommate agreement form (I am not changing my lease) -I have never had issues with drafting a “roommate agreement” in the past. -Being on the lease will only be considered if things go really well (we get along) and you want to stay longer. -You are guaranteed your 6 months even if we do not get along but it will not extend past that if that’s the case. -Any missed rent will of course lead to eviction (I have never had this problem). NOTES: -The apartment will be re-painted. -Got rid of the old dining set so that’s why the dining room is empty (Still looking). -Room CAN be furnished depending on circumstances.
