| Looking for a roommate to live in the master bedroom/bath of my 2 room 2 bath condo in Enfield. For $980 a month flat you get the following: Available Feb 1 Power In floor heat Hot water Fiber op Internet with hardwired drop in room Outdoor private parking spot Use of Full kitchen and utilities with laundry Master bedroom with private ensuite full bath and walk in closet. Furnished common living areas(I rarely use). I am a computer specialist, and I work in the office Mon-Friday. My daughter who is 14 crashes on the utility room pull out on some weekends. Shes very easy going and a pleasure to be around. I am the sole leaseholder, and that will remain so. You will be my guest. I have had a few roomates at this location for over a decade and this arrangement works best for me. I am looking for an ideal roomie, I am in no rush to fill, as I would rather get the perfect fit in this spot. Seeking a full time professional, with no partner, no kids, no pets. This is an extremely quiet building with mostly seniors, attention to noise levels is paramount. No drug addicts, or alcoholics, having a few beers or a joint is not a problem. Quiet gamers and computer nerds welcome! I spend most of my time in my room on my PC when I'm not working, someone who is similar shoud work out well. Headphones are a must.
