My partner will be here a couple weeks in May, and much of August. Me: 35, he/him, vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker, work hybrid/remote My partner: 35, he/they, non-smoker, occasional drinker, working in the arts Bedroom: 2nd floor up a flight of stairs looking out to backyard, with bed, desk, closet House: 3 levels: Kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, mudroom, two bathrooms (one with bath/shower), fenced backyard, possible storage space. Laundry and partner’s workshop in basement Location: Quiet street by Portland & Pleasant Street; 15 minute walk by the ocean to Alderney Ferry terminal (15 minute service to downtown Halifax) & 5 minute walk to bus stops (#5 & #6); 20 minute walk to NSCC Ivany Campus; a couple minutes walk to the waterfront path between Woodside/Alderney ferry terminals Visitors: Our dog is very sweet and gentle, but nervous at first with new people in the house. We're looking for someone who wouldn't have a lot of new people over. |
