| **Available starting December. Dogs are allowed (pet fee $60), cats are not (only because the owner is EXTREMELY allergic and he lives here sometimes). Other kinds of pets negotiable. Fully furnished, including sheets, towels, all the kitchenware you could want, and some basic starting supplies like toilet paper etc. To rent a month at a time (not a long term rental). While it is technically a "bachelor". it is a giant bachelor, it's the entire bottom/ground floor of a 3 level house. Only one other apartment is upstairs. A spacious entryway, a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space (dishwasher included), cozy dining area you can pull out to fit 4 people, spacious living area with giant sectional couch, and smart TV included for you to log into any of your subscriptions. Bedroom area is smaller, but it has a comfortable king sized bed with room to walk around on both sides, big dresser and two closets. Bathroom has a full-sized bath, toilet, sink, and a stacked washer/dryer (***the washer/dryer pictured have been replaced with nice brand new ones***), and storage closet. Nice sized patio out back with giant sliding glass doors, patio furniture and string lights included. Curtains and blinds to make the place dark as you like. High ceilings and nice design make the place feel so welcoming and comfortable. Also big windows and lots of light. Heat pump for heating/cooling. Only downside is bathroom has no fan but you can open the window to air out after a shower. Extremely well located on Thistle St in Dartmouth, if you drive it's just around the corner from the MacDonald bridge into Halifax, if you bus it's a 5min walk down the same street to the major Bus Terminal Station, or like 8min walk to the Alderney Landing Ferry. 1 regular parking spot included, could fit a 2nd if you have guests. Damage deposit required. |
