| Hey there! I've got 3 rooms upstairs and 1 downstairs that would be perfect for teens or adults with simple needs. I originally had this ad up on Marketplace, but it got reported for requiring first and last month's rent. No worries though, I'm happy to accept just the first month's rent of $2100 and a deposit of 50% at $1050. I've received a lot of inquiries already, so please reach out with more than just a simple "interested" or "is this still available." I want to make sure you're a good fit for the rental, so show me you're serious! A little bit about myself - I'm a 40ish queer woman with a family including 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. I'm looking for long-term renters, ideally for 2+ years. Of course, I understand that life can be unpredictable. I'm looking for tenants with stable and adequate income. I may contact your current landlord for a reference and my current tenants could be a reference for you in return. When I lived in the house with 3 adults, our water bill was $175 every two months and our power bill averaged around $350 a month. Just keep in mind, those costs can vary based on the season. In the spirit of transparency, the shower walls need to be replaced. They're just old and discolored, nothing major. I'm working on getting that taken care of before July 1st.
