Mature students preferred. One person per room preferred. Home is beautiful century home completely restored and updated. Rooms available include: One with double bed ($700) and the other has a Queen sized bed (750). Rooms come fully furnished with lamp, desk and chair, bed, dresser and large closet. Home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Shared spaces amongst tenants are kitchen, living room, bathrooms, dining room (seats 8) and loft area. Large yard and plenty of parking. All utilities included, wifi as well. Just bring your clothes and linens for the bed! Application required. House is 9km from NSCC Kingstec and 16km from Acadia Uni. NOT on a bus route so you need your own vehicle. These two rooms are on second floor and share a Jack-and-jill style bathroom with new glass enclosed shower, stackable washer dryer etc. |
