| Looking for someone to take over the lease for my beautiful Bridgewater apartment because I have to move to the city for work. You will be staying with one other roommate, a quiet and respectful NSCC student in their final year and their well mannered cat. Large room with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, in unit laundry, large kitchen, dishwasher, parking, front patio and back deck. Located on King Street in Bridgewater so walking distance to all amenities. Looking for Dec 1 move in, can potentially get you in a bit early if needed and lease runs til Sep 1, 2025. 950 for the room, and would split utilities (internet, electric) with roommate. Other NSCC students or young working professionals preferred. |
