I have an older son who attends high school in the area. My home is 3 floors. My son occupies the basement apartment. I have two rooms available on the third floor with its own private full bathroom. I am open to renting both rooms to mature students as well. Laundry is available in the home and one parking spot is available. I can provide a reference from the previous renter (also a single mom). Asking $1200.00 per month per room. With $400.00 security deposit. But if it is a single mom with kid this can be negotiable.
