LONG TERM RENTAL ONLY. 2 Adults 2 teenagers one attending NSCC and one in highschool. 1 older fixed indoor cat. Searching for a rental home with minimum 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in Bedford/Lower, Middle or Upper Sackville/Halifax/Dartmouth. We would prefer a property with a back deck and yard to enjoy gardening. Currently responsible for rent plus all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. The homeowner of the Bedford house we have been renting has been diagnosed with health concerns and can’t provide another yearly lease. We have a Letter of recommendation from current landlord.
