| I’m a 48 years old, single lady kids have moved out. I am a very quiet person. I keep to myself mostly with only my kids, my parents and 1-2 friends who occasionally visit me. I do not drink or smoke or party. I am originally from NL. I’ve lived all over Canada but with my kids moving out I am finding myself wanting to move back around the bay but still be close enough for them. At my age , obviously, I am a responsible and mature adult. I am a bit of a neat freak and I tidy my house everyday. I do have pets. Cat and small dog (wiener / beagle mix - 9 years old). But they are my new babies and are quite spoiled and taken care of. I would say I am the tenant most landlords would want. I will take care of your home and as an adult I won’t be a bothersome tenant. I want to settle in long term and stay as your tenant for the foreseeable future. I know finding the right tenant can be difficult and is a matter of trust. I am that trustworthy person and I hope you’ll consider me. |
