This room will be unfurnished at the time of rent, but common areas have some furnishings. This home is located in centre st. john’s, with easy walking or bus access to the mall, mun, downtown, and many other stores and conveniences!! The home is shared between 3 other tenants, female students and working professionals . Looking for a clean, respectful female tenant to take this room. the home must be looked after equally by all tenants. The bathroom , kitchen , living room etc is all shared between us! There is one cat in the home but we are sadly not accepting any more pets:( It is 550$ ALL INCLUDED . Wifi utilities everything is included in the rent. Important rent WILL be increasing for this home in september. if you choose to renew your lease , it will be an increase of 50-75 for this room! it will still be all included !! please write me with information about yourself !! whatever you can include ! |
