| Hello my name is Hunter Blake and i am looking for an apartment in St. John’s as my girlfriend will be attending school and I will be working we are looking for a nice 1 bedroom apartment, pet friendly place or if you don’t mind small animals as we have a small cat who is very clean and spayed, proof of spay will be provided. We are looking to sign a year lease as we are planning on staying a couple years we have references and proof of income we are urgently trying to find a place for august 1st our price range is $900 to $1100 preferably in St. John’s or mount pearl area but if we can’t find anything in those areas we are fine with other areas.
