| Villageview Manor Inc c/o Perennial Management HIRING LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT Live In Resident Manager/Couple – Southview Apartments 23 Kennedy Road Villageview Manor Inc. has an immediate opening for a live In resident manager/couple at Southview Apartments located at 23 Kennedy Road, St. John’s, NL. Southview Apartments consists of 68 units in a nice quiet area St. John’s, NL. Responsibilities include but are limited to: Cleaning of building On call duties Tenant relations, inquires and rental calls Snow shoveling of steps/entrances with snow blowing of walkways during the winter months Lawn Mowing summer months Building and maintenance (plaster, painting, minor plumbing etc) Positive professional tenant relationships Monthly Rent Collection Apartment rentals- showing, taking applications, conducting credit checks on new tenants, and completing lease agreements Handling Resident Complaints Janitorial/Maintenance Building Security and bondable Maintain site records Respond to and conduct apartment maintenance items as required. Respond to and address building emergencies as required All areas of the property must be inspected daily, inside and outside, to assess any special cleaning or maintenance issues that must be addressed immediately Qualifications are: Previous experience in a customer service role Proven communication skills, both written and oral.
