Suitable to a working individual who is a non smoker non vaping. No parking available both to on street or parking lots. Only shared rooms are bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. There are 1.5 washrooms. Internet and lights included with rent. There is an indoor cat here in this house and must not go outside. Not looking for short term rental arrangement. Not able to save the room to anyone living long distance. There are some food allergies within this household so please inquire if interested in this post. This room is not available for 2 people.
