| Ok so here’s is a bit of the situation me and my fiance and our 16 month old daughter are in !! We are currently living in my moms rec room as our house we had on bellisland had electric issues and went up in flames about 3-4 months ago!! my fiancé is currently a stay at home mom ! So she is now approved for housing but there are a lack of housing units in st.John’s !! so the lease would essentially have to go under her name as housing will pay up to 1200 a month and her social assistance covers the rest!! I work full time trying to get what ever I can to make sure my daughter never has to go with out and trying to make sure we live comfortably ! as well so where it’s going under her name is just pay her haulf the rent every month to help ensure more money is put away for emergancy situations !! We are desperately desperately looking for a place to call home !! having a small child is not fair In a rec room yes mom has a newer home in kenmount terrace but there is not enough room for our daughter to play as she should be able to / she essentially needs room to play in and have her space as well I work full time as a delivery driver !! so money is never a problem let me know if anyone has a 2 bedroom + in the 1500-1700 utilities included would be ideal but if not that’s not an issue either !! So message us asap and let us know when you can set up a viewing asap and if we like the place you will have damage deposit and full first month rent 5-10 Buisness days later maybe even sooner if my pay cheque comes b4 housing gets the money to you .
