| Hi All, Looking to sublet a room in my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house than I am renting. Available May 1st! House is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom furniture. Have access to full house and fenced in backyard. Expected to split utilities, heat and electricity - I will cover the internet. One thing to note, I have a 2 year old English mastiff! Very friendly and well behaved but he is a lover so you may have to deal with some of his cuddles haha. Willing to take a roommate with a dog! As long as they are friendly and conditional on a meet up with my dog to see how they interact, my dog has never shown aggression and would love a friend! 4 min drive to MUN (26 minute walk) 2 minute drive to Coleman’s (10 minute walk) Message for more info and pics!
