| ABOUT THE ROOM - it is furnished with a double bed with a desk and a mini fridge! LOCATION - The house is located downtown, literally steps from Broadway, at the centre of everything. It’s a very desirable area for both students and young professionals with many restaurants and bars steps away. Within 30 minutes walk to Grenfell Campus, 20 minutes to CNA.The bus stop is in close proximity. 2 major grocery stores are less than a five minute walk. WHAT IS INCLUDED - All utilities (power, water, garbage collection, etc.) - Reliable business grade high speed internet (WiFi) - Use of appliances (2 refrigerators, washer, dryer, main stove and oven, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc. - Use of the common areas. Laundry (washer and dryer). You do need to buy your own laundry detergent. - Cooking utensils, plates, etc. - Toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and other essentials. - Sheets (although you are welcome to buy your own). THE FINE PRINT - Smokers are not welcome and smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. This includes outside. - Students and international students are welcome. - Minimum rent period is one semester (4 months). Rent will be prorated if you move in after the first of the month, but not if you leave before the end of the month. - Minimum one month's notice before leaving. - Rent is due in full on the first of the month. - You will be living with up to 5 other people. - You must clean after yourself and be able to get along with others easily. - You must be respectful. - Meals and food are not included in rent. - Rent works out to be cheaper than living in student housing. A deposit is required to reserve the room. |
