New tenants must agree to sign a rental agreement or a yearly lease. The apartment is NOT furnished but the UTILITIES are included in the cost of rent - heat/light and internet are therefore already included with your rent. There is available parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles, smoking is permitted outside only and the tenants must ensure they clean up any butts/roaches/garbage etc. Tenants will be responsible for their own snow clearing of their steps however parking lot clearing will be handled during the winter months. Pets MAY be considered all depending upon meeting with the landlord. Refrigerator, stove, Washer and dryer are included in the apartment. Apartment and house is heated with electric and wood heat, so when wood is delivered the tenants will be notified 24hours beforehand so that they can be prepared for the noise of the wood being brought back and forth. Rent will be $2,000/month - can be made biweekly or the 1st of every month - details can be discussed and agreed between tenants and landlord. To reiterate the cost of rent INCLUDES UTILITIES.
