| Hi there, we have a young man 23 who is currently unhoused and has been for a few months. We are looking to try and help him find accommodations at least for the cold months. This could be a roommate situation, a single occupancy room, apartment, or even a yard or garage where he could pitch his tent. He is on income assistance and is a quiet person who just wants to be somewhere safe. We are working with him and would be helping him with his first month but it would need to be affordable for him to be able to pay from his cheque going forward. Close to uptown preferred. He has a parent but they live in a situation that he is unable to stay with them due to the building rules, we have confirmed this. We would also be involved with him regularly to help provide additional supports. Thank you for your consideration. |
