| We are offering a Furnished room that is part of our B&B but is totally separate from the the rest of the B&B. This is a smaller room that is very comfortable...and has a mini fridge, microwave, and small appliances.....BUT has NO kitchen stove or sink. The room rent is $800 per month and includes all utilities, wifi , and light housekeeping. Very sorry but it is not pet friendly. This unit is at ground level and convenient to transport, restaurants, and shopping. The rent would be a fixed 3-4 month time frame ...with the expectation that it could be extended after that time frame is over. It is presently occupied until June 30th but will be available from July 1st. On street parking. Please respond to this ad for more info or to set up a viewing time. One reference will be required as well as one month damage deposit. Thanks! |
