| I am looking to rent out a room in my townhouse. I own the home and live here with my sister and six month old black lab. We are looking for one person to rent the room. Rent would include the room with keyed entry (I have an air mattress I can put in the room, or you can bring your own), all utilities (heat, hydro, a washer and dryer, cable and Netflix), access to common areas (including shared full and half bathrooms, and your own separate 4.4 cu ft One-Door Compact Refrigerator and pantry cabinet to use) and parking for one vehicle. The room measures just under 8 feet by just over 9 feet, so would work for one person. The monthly rent would be $600 and is due at the first of the month. As well, as much as we love pets, including Onyx, my black lab, we probably think it best not to introduce another pet into the home at this time. |
