I’m looking for a roommate with: One room for rent in a clean and quiet 3-bedroom home. (Not a boarding house!!) Everything is included: heat, lights, water, Wifi, free laundry etc. You will have your own washroom. The kitchen, dining room, TV room and living room will be shared amongst the 3 of us. There is plenty of space for us all to share together. Terrific location on Jones Lake! 15 mins walking to downtown. Your two other roommates will be myself, a young male professional in my early 30’s, and another young male professional in his late 20’s. We’re looking to live with someone at a similar point in their life. Male or Female are both welcome. No smoking (not even outside) and no pets will be allowed – no exceptions, please don’t ask. The house is on the quiet side with no parties or loud music/instruments. Room is a good size (12.5ft x 11ft) and comes with a desk, closet and a built-in dresser, you will need your own bed and chair (for the desk). There is a large driveway with room for a vehicle. Mature students welcome – 20 mins walking to Oulton College, less than 15 mins walking to Medavie Health Education for ambulatory training. *One month's rent will be required for a damage deposit.
