Everything is included: heat, lights, water, Wifi, free laundry etc. Bathroom will be shared with one other roommate, kitchen and living room will be shared amongst the 3 of us. Terrific location in Sunny Brae that is less than 5 mins walking to the university. 15 mins walking to downtown. Your two other roommates will be myself, a young male professional in my late 20's, and another young male professional in his mid 20’s. We’re looking to live with someone at a similar point in their life. Male or Female are both welcome. No smoking (not even outside) and no pets will be allowed. The house is on the quiet side with no parties or loud music/instruments. Room is a decent size (10ft x 11ft) and comes unfurnished. You'll need to provide your own bed, desk, dresser etc. There is a closet in the room for clothes. *One month's rent will be required for a damage deposit.
