This room is $750 per month/all included. Plus a damage deposit of $375 on moving in day. You would just need to bring your personal belongings. This room/living room/mini kitchenette includes: - Doubles size bed...beddings all included. - 46" tv - 2 door mini fridge - loveseat, chair - half moon table with 2 chairs - 9 block unit shelf - tall 5 tier shelf - floor lamp - vacuum - electric kettle - microwave - kitchen ware...cups, glasses etc... - medium size closet...we supply the hangars - celling fan - fire detector - high speed internet - We supply the dish soap/garbage bags and yup...toilet paper ;) ***Important: You will also have access to a shared (with 3 other tenants)...a fully equipped kitchen/washroom/washer-dryer...and that just a few steps away. You will have a key to your room and also a key to your own private entrance to the basement. We have an air-exchanger in the basement and a filtered water system. And as you can see in the pictures...you have a cute and peaceful little outdoor space. *** This is a fairly big room and measures roughly 12'x17'. With your own outdoor private door...and a nice size window. Pictures are not all recent.
