The Home-Share is within walking distance to Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont, UdeM, Codiac Transpo Bus Stop, Groceries, Plaza & Amenities. Easy access is available to the YMCA, Oulton College, and Crandall university via Codiac Transpo. Heat, Lights, Water, WiFi, Washer & Dryer (free), lawn care, and snow removal of driveway are included; House-Mates are responsible for salting and snow shoveling of walkways and stairs. THE IDEA CANIDATE MUST BE: • CLEAN • QUIET • RESPONSIBILE • CONSIDERATE of fellow House-Mates, Hostess & House-Mother • RESPECTFUL of RULES, including, however not limited to CLEANING COMMON AREAS following use, and observation of quite time 8:00PM - 8:00AM. No overnight visitors are permitted. Multicultural & All Inclusive, Family Orientated Atmosphere: A Property Caretaker lives on-site to oversee Home-Share, a House-Mother & Hostess is available to provide for the: safety, security, comfort, care, and guidance or young ladies who are making the transition from their parents home into post-secondary studies and/or employment. Preference is given to ladies who are completing 1 or more years of study and/or work placement, and requires long term accommodations. Accommodations are suitable for employed and/or mature students. The room is not suitable for: double occupancy, couples, children, pets, smokers. The following prerequisites are required to secure accommodations, speak with the House-Mother & Hostess for complete details: • Rental Application • Proof of Employment Income and/or • Proof of Post Secondary Admission • Work and/or Study Permit, • Government Issued Identification • Criminal Record Check • Vulnerable Sector Check • References • First Month’s Rent • Security Deposit (in lieu of last month’s rent) • House-Mate Home-Share Lease Agreement (ask about the types of agreements available to suit your specific requirements.) • Move-in/out Cleaning Fee, (one time fee, payable with security deposit): $50 Airport Pick-up (limited availability, depending upon date and time of arrival): ask your House-Mother & Hostess for details and availability.
