The residence is within walking distance to Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont, UdeM, Codiac Transpo Bus Stop, Groceries, Plaza & Amenities. Easy access is available to the YMCA, Oulton College, and Crandall university via Codiac Transpo. Heat, Lights, Water, WiFi, Washer & Dryer (free), lawn care, and snow removal of driveway included; residents are responsible for snow shoveling of walkways and stairs. The residence is located in the Moncton Hospital Area, between McSweeney Ave & Churchill St, and is a 1-2 minute walk to the Moncton Hospital & Bus Stop. Current Availability: Large Private Room: $750 Extra Large Private Room: $850 THE IDEA LADY MUST BE: • CLEAN • QUIET • RESPONSIBILE • CONSIDERATE of fellow housemates • RESPECTFUL of RULES, including, however not limited to CLEANING COMMON AREAS following use, and observation of quite time 8:00PM - 8:00AM. Multicultural & All Inclusive, Family Orientated Atmosphere: A House-Mother lives on site and is available to provide for the: safety, security, comfort, care, and guidance or young ladies who are making the transition from their parents home into post-secondary studies and/or employment. Preference is given to a lady who is completing 1 or more years of study, and/or work placement, and requires long term accommodations. The idea candidate must be enrolled in full time in class studies, and/or a combination of part-time studies and employment. Rooms are not suitable for: double occupancy, couples, children, pets, or smokers. TO OBTAIN ADMISSION THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: A Home-Share House-Mate Application, as well as, proof of: Income, Employment, Post Secondary Admission, Work/Study Permit , References, First and Last Month Rent (Security Deposit), and a Annual Home-Share House-Mate Agreement are required to obtain admission pre-approval prior to viewing. Only serious applicants need apply. Viewing will not be scheduled prior to admission pre-approval. Move-in/out Cleaning Fee, (one time fee, payable with security deposit): $50 Airport Pick-up (limited availability, depending upon date and time of arrival): ask for details and availability.
