House full of mold ceiling leaking I had to move due to house being unfit to live in and the house never been repaired I would suggest to look at he Attic right away when viewing !!! Hole attic is soaked and full of white mold i had inspectors to go check it out not even legal to rent ! Paid full rent January and had to move out on the 6th and refused to give me back my demage deposit . He a very bad landlord also showed up at my house without knocking and came right in the door . Keep in mind I have kids . He very weird landlord the rent was 1160$ now he putting it up higher full of mold .
