| Hey there. Was pretty hesitant to post this as I've had some very terrible luck with roommates, but unfortunately don't have a choice. Looking to rent my secure spare room. Shared accommodations. Free use of laundry, living area and cupboard space. $700 a month. My rents $1500 a month, and the equalized power in $300 a month. Not looking to get rich. Just can't afford to live life renting alone anymore. I live in the country, 10 minutes past grandbay. Closest bus route is approximately 5 minutes away. Pet friendly home. I have a small service dog, and two service cats. My little ferral rescue has feline leukemia so am unfortunately not able to accept cats, but an obedient dog, or a bird, reptile or fish are fine. So a little bit about me... I'm a hippy momma. Unfortunately (due to no fault of my own but a very broken justice system) i do not have custody or in home visitation to my daughter at the time, but when finances allow it, I will be regaining custody. I am looking for someone to rent the room long term so am praying for a good fit. Big back yard. Trails for miles. Family and senior oriented community. A 5 minute walk to the store and the water. Mature, quiet, laid back clean person. I don't drink , nor do drugs, or party. Very picky with whom I allow into my intimate life, so you'll never have to worry about anyone but respectful folk that rarely visit. More than welcome to garden if you choose. I unfortunately don't have the time or money this year. Also more than welcome to have bonfires, I've got a pit here. Looking forward to meeting |
