| i have 1 room im looking to rent out in a 3bedroom top floor of house. i occupy one room and my son whom i have week on week off has the other. the room has a double bed and bookshelf with pretty decent size closet. everything else like kitchen supplies ie dishes towels is all there. non smoking inside but has massive screened in gazeb off dinning room patio doors which you can smoke watever you want in. prefer serious student or long term stay, but open to short term rental or even nighltly.mature, not into throwing big ass parties. located in southwood park, beautifull home and yard is very private. rent is $800 everything included paid on the 1st of every month. laundy onsite also |
