MUST BE CLEAN, QUIET, NO PARTYING, NO SMOKING. - Everything is Included: Heat, hot water (40 Gallon hot water tank), lights, wifi, even the cable tv (bring your own TV), the Laundry Room in the building is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (coin-operated). - You get 1 unfurnished bedroom for rent in a large 2 bedroom apartment. - The bus stop is at the front of the building. Perfect if you don't have a car. There is plenty of parking space in the building parking lot if you do. - There is AC in one room for the current tenants, keeping it cool in the apartment, but if you have your air conditioner, you can request to get it properly installed for a small fee in your room. - Easily fit all of your furniture (for example: dresser, end tables, queen-sized bed, desk) in this medium size room with a double closet for storage and hanging clothes, with a shelf. - No carpeting; perfect for pets, easy to clean. - Shared open concept living room/dining room area. - Big windows in the living room for lots of natural light. - Dead bolt lock in the unit, secured entry at front entrance (security building). - Kitchen has all necessities; you're welcome to all the kitchenware as long as you keep it clean after use. There is plenty of room to store your own kitchenware if need be. - Bathroom features a full size bathtub, shower, sink, vanity and storage closet, perfect for all necessities. - The coin-operated Laundry Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. It is located on the ground floor. There is a small convenience store a 5 minute walk from the building that will break your change. - The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $795 then your Security Deposit is $795.
