| Hi, We are a friendly and working couple looking for a (preferably young female) individual to rent one of our fully furnished bedrooms (kitchen, bathroom, and balcony will be shared) for short (6 months) or long-term (12 months), renewable. The person we are looking for would be living like one of our family members. Therefore, we expect the person to be a clean, tidy, quiet, non-smoking working/studying individual. The unit is located at 35 Lian St. in upper Fredericton. Bus 14N/15S stops right in front of the building. The unit is at the 4th(top) floor, so plenty of natural lights and no upper tenants noise! The monthly rent is $750, including hot water, heating, electricity, WiFi, amenities, and cleaning/hygiene supplies. The room is equipped with a new queen-size bed, a working table with a comfy chair, a wardrobe with a mirror, a closet, a standing hanger, and a nightstand.
