• The extra large bachelor apartment is in a house converted into apartments located Downtown on the corner of Northumberland Street and Charlotte Street at 253 Northumberland Street. It is on the main floor of the house. The apartment is child friendly. ➡️The apartment is available immediately. The hot water is included. $1,295⬅️ • You can include your heat, and lights for only $299. Honestly, it is cheaper for you to pay your own heat, and lights through NB Power. According to NB Power the heat, and lights are only $112 on equalized billing (12 month average). • You enter the apartment through a 30-minute fire-rated (FD30), solid wood entry door into the kitchen. There is a big coat and jacket closet when you first come into the apartment on the right. The large eat-in kitchen has a nice chandelier. There is lots of room for a table with chairs. The kitchen comes with a full size frost-free fridge and a full size stove with lots of cabinet space for dishes, pots, and pans. It has a new ceramic tile floor. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub but it has a shower. It received a new toilet, sink, vanity, faucet, and luxury corrugated floor a few years ago. There are 3 storage cabinets in the bathroom for toiletries. There is a wall fan in the bathroom to remove the moisture when showering. It has a large bedroom/living room with a closet. The bedroom/living room has no apartment above it or below it which gives you extra privacy. The room will fit a queen size bed with a bedroom set, a couch, a coffee table, and a big tv. The bedroom/living room has windows facing south, and west. The room has new vinyl flooring. You have complete control of your heat. There is a thermostat in each room. • 253 Northumberland Street is a 5 unit, 2 storey house converted into apartments in the Downtown core of Fredericton. Some of the electrical was upgraded over the years. There are no fuses to change, all of the apartments have been upgraded to breakers. The house has a brand new 60 gallon hot water tank for the hot water. All apartments at this location have their hot water included. There is some free paved parking for cars. It is on the bus route. The snow removal, lawn care, and maintenance are included. • The coin-operated Laundry Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. It has 1 GE commercial washer and 1 GE commercial dryer located on the main floor of 253 Northumberland Street. It is $1.75 to wash and $2 to dry your clothes. • The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $1,295 then your Security Deposit is $1,295. I prefer to get all $1,295 of the Security Deposit up front with the $1,295 in rent when moving in. • Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. If you choose to bring a dog with you it is $55 per month per dog. I have extra parking spaces at some locations that non tenants can rent for only $59 per month. • I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2024. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2024 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2024.
