| Hello! I’m looking for 2 mature, male preferred (non smoking) professional or student roommates. I am an incoming MEd Counselling student with a brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment that is about a 10 minute drive from UNB Fredericton campus. The unit has never been lived in before, will be partly furnished and the lease will be a - year to year term starting Sept.1! *There is only one parking spot available. As well, there will be no pets allowed as I have an 8 year old non-shedding dog that is super friendly however already fulfills the criteria of maximum pets allowed in the unit. Rent will be $1000 a month -plus utilities/wifi, including a first month damage deposit.
