It is a 1 Bedroom and a Bathroom apartment and is located at 2600 McPhillips Street (5th floor) it is very spacious and has: * Appliances (stove, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. * A large balcony, perfect for a barbecue during the summer. * The building has a small gym and an events room. * You can have a parking spot for an additional $, for this it is necessary to speak with the landlord. Currently the price for this is $1491 (no internet) or $1521 (internet included) (Monthly) The hydro is not included in the rent, it is paid by the tenant (I normally pay between 30-60 dls per month). If the person who wants the transfer is interested in buying the furniture, we could negotiate. Finally, you must make an initial deposit of $850 that is refundable at the end of lease. |
