| SUBLET AUGUST 1ST, 2024 We are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment starting on August 1st, 2024, with the possibility for you to renew the lease on May 1st, 2025. The unit is non-smoking and includes in-suite laundry (separate washer and dryer), central air, and has a walkthrough closet and ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom. It is also pet friendly for up to two pets. Our unit is on the top floor and south facing, which gives each room a lot of natural light. The view is unobstructed and faces a large field. The unit has a balcony with room for some furniture, and BBQs are allowed. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, amenities, and shopping nearby. The area has a lot of walking and bike trails around, and is safe and family friendly. The building, parking lot and surrounding yard areas are well maintained during all seasons, and the building has a convenient bus stop right in front. There is a gym and business center in the building and building management is accessible and onsite. This building also has an elevator. The outside area has a playground and dog run. Surface and/or underground parking is available for an additional fee per car. We have lived here for the past 4 years and have loved it. The only reason we are leaving is that we have bought a house in the same area. |
