| Seeking to rent out rooms in house I am renovating. Hello, I am currently living in a house I am renovating. I am seeking interest in having one or two people move in with me to offset costs. I have one major red flag, and that is there is currently no laundry in the home. (piping issue causes floods in basement, major repair needed). There is a laundromat 2 blocks away. Now thats out of the way, about the home: It is a 1200 sq foot home, 1.5 storeys tall with a fenced yard. It is located one block from Kildonan Park. It is a short walk to a bus stop which can take you just about wherever you need to go (18, 32,38,77). It is also right next to leila, in case you worked at Seven Oaks hospital. About me (since I live here): I am a 30 year old "dude". If you pictured a stereotypical straight white guy, thats probably what I look like. My personality is probably somewhere between Matt Rife and Sean Strickland. If either of those guys trigger you, we probably aren't going to get along. I like to work out, smoke weed, and work. I don't drink. I will be actively renovating the house as we/you are living here, so getting used to that is probably something you'll have to get used to. My main goal is the piping, but thats going to take several thousand to repair. (this is where you come in!) 420 and pet friendly (within reason). No other drugs or alcoholics. Anyways I'm mostly looking for other "dudes" who are interested in building a network, but ladies don't feel like you're not allowed to apply. NOT INTERESTED IN: TFWs, Student Visa, International Student, Refugee Status, Children, or NWA.
