Shared kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, gym equipment, outside deck, patio furniture, and living room areas. I have a bbq, and fire pit available for use as well in the back yard. Shed and basement have some shared storage space. Located in riverbend area. I have a dog who is very sweet, friendly, quiet and well trained. So must love dogs. Also you’d never be responsible for her, as she is only home when I am. The room can be furnished with a double bed and nightstand if needed. The bedrooms are on second floor, basement has second living room area, some gym equipment, storage space, and also contains the laundry as well. I have a decent sized garden!
