| Room for rent to a student ($600 per month all inclusive, high speed internet either by Wifi or cable) available immediately, in a 1000 square feet house (92 m2 not including the fully finished basement) and large garden in front and behind, ideal for summer BBQs. The Southdale neighbourhood is very well located and very quiet (The children did all their studies at USB living at home) since it is just behind the shopping center on Fermor with Bus 57 which takes just 15 minutes in the morning and late afternoon to be on Goulet (Then, either 5m walk, or bus 10 if you prefer to wait for the connection). Other buses like the 19 or the 75 which are direct to the city center or to the University of Manitoba (If you also have classes at UoM) via Goulet and Marion. The room is in the basement of a "bi-level". We go up one floor to be on the "ground floor", so you have a high ceiling with a large window overlooking the garden in a French-speaking house (French couple in Winnipeg for 17 years) whose husband was a professor of Business Administration for 3 years so tutoring is possible (also in Social Sciences, English and French). Triple-glazed argon window so the room is very well insulated both in winter and summer. The room is 4m X 3m (13.12 X 9.84 feet) and has a large "Queen Size" bed plus a desk of 80cm X 1.20cm, ideal for a student, with a large closet plus bedside table with drawer and sideboard with 5 drawers. Washing machine, dryer, clothes horse in the laundry room, shower and kitchen on the ground floor / 1st floor.
