Currently available: one large room with good closet storage, $625/mo, and a larger room with bigger closet storage is $675/mo. Utilities and internet included. Shared spaces are the kitchen, bathroom, large living room, sun/plant room, big deck and garden, basement storage, laundry included, on-street parking. A 5 minute walk to the University of Winnipeg, and a 10 minute walk to HSC (U of M Bannatyne Campus); perfect for students! Seeking kind, tidy, respectful and responsible roommates. Queer and BIPOC positive/friendly. Looking for folks who enjoy sharing space and wish to create a cozy home where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. Games nights and meals with pals are most welcome, however this is not a late-night party house. I'm a student at the UofW and I work as well. Our neighbourhood is diverse and we have many wonderful community-minded neighbours. If these are things that you value, you'll fit right in!
