| Landlord's name is JAMES UNGER. He has very very abnormal behavior unlike any normal person. Also he is suffering from serious disease which he don't tell to any new upcoming renter. Below are the instances happened during my stay. 1. He peed inside the drinking glasses deceitfully which are placed in kitchen for renters. 2. Started verbal fighting and yelling that why to put toilet brush in the washroom? Why u need this? Show me what you do with this? 3. Dumped garbage bin on washroom's counter (a pic attached). Garbage bin had used gloves disposed by health care/nurses people visits him on daily basis. 4. He wears dyper and had dumped those in washroom's dustbin. That stinked badly in entire house. And when we opened windows then he started making bad comments on our vegetarian food spices. 5. He don't wash hands even after touching toiletries and with the same hands he touches the stuff in a shared fridge. 6. He eats expired food/spices (a pic of spices attached) even 2-3 years old and offer to renters also without telling them how old it is. 7. He don't turn on air condition even its 30C outside in summers. Removes the emergency plug of air condition so no one can turn it on. If we open windows then also he just sometimes close them by giving non sense. 8. His eye sight is weak still he drives car rashly and ask renters for the company. Also, drove the car onto the divider of road once. |
