| Hello I’m Aiden, a 21 year old looking for either a roommate to find a place with or a space for myself. My ideal budget is $750 a month but I could make up to $850 work. Due to my work location I’d prefer being within 25 minutes of South Pointe. Im currently living in a shared home but my contract is over at the end of August and I’d like to go elsewhere. Im a clean, responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with person. I work full time and have no issue paying rent or bills on time. I don’t drink, smoke, or do any drugs and wouldn’t need to have people over either. I’d prefer people who don’t use drugs or snoke and aren’t loud past midnight on weekdays but other than that I’m pretty open to whoever. |
